PULSE℠ — Subservicer Health Check · Last updated June 9, 2026

This notice explains what Garrett, McAuley & Co. ("GMc", "we") collects when you complete the PULSE Subservicer Health Check at /pulse, how we use it, and your choices. PULSE is a product of BIP Capital, LLC - Technology Ventures - Series 2.

What we collect

  • What you tell us about your subservicer: your ratings and answers across the health-check questions.
  • Contact & context you provide: your name, title, company (optional), work email, and high-level servicing context (e.g. UPB, loan count, investor mix, current subservicer). Company and several fields are optional; you may complete the check anonymously aside from the email needed to send your results.
  • Technical & attribution data: the share-link parameters that brought you (referrer, channel, campaign), your browser's referring URL and user agent, and anonymous progress events (page view, start, section completion, submission) tied to a random session identifier so we can measure completion and improve the form.

How we use it

  • To give you your confidential read: we score your answers and email you a benchmarked summary of where your subservicer stands.
  • To build anonymized, aggregated benchmarks: your responses are combined with others into peer benchmarks. These outputs are aggregated and are not attributed to you or your company.
  • To help you finish: once you have entered a valid work email, your in-progress answers are also saved on our servers so you can resume on any device, and we may send up to three reminder emails with your resume link if you leave the check unfinished. Every reminder includes a one-click unsubscribe.
  • To follow up: if you provided your contact details (and especially if you asked for a benchmark or a call), GMc may contact you about your results and relevant services. No charge, no obligation.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your responses or your contact information.
  • We do not publish or share your individual responses in a form that identifies you or your company.
  • We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the form.

Who can see your responses

Individual responses are internal to GMc and visible only to authorized GMcstaff. We use trusted service providers to operate PULSE, including our database/hosting provider (Supabase) and our email provider (Resend), who process the data on our behalf under their own terms. We don't otherwise disclose individual responses except where required by law.

In-progress answers

While you fill out the form, we save your in-progress answers in your browser's local storage so you can close the tab and resume without losing your place; that copy is cleared when you submit and is not an advertising cookie. Once you have entered a valid work email, your in-progress answers are also saved on our servers (so your resume link works on any device and we can send the reminders described above). Server-side partials are retained on the same terms as completed responses; you can request deletion at any time (see below).

Retention

We keep responses for as long as needed to deliver your read, maintain our peer benchmarks, and support legitimate business follow-up. You can ask us to delete your individual response at any time (see below); anonymized, aggregated benchmark figures that no longer identify you may be retained.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete your individual response, or to opt out of follow-up, email sstone@garrettmcauley.com and reference the email address you submitted. We'll honor reasonable requests promptly. Reminder emails also carry their own one-click unsubscribe link.
